Copy of Files and folders in Absolute Backup Monitor are selected in a Windows-Explorer-like interface. To browse your backup copy of files and folders and select the ones you wish to restore:

For edit/view copies press button Show files viewer on the toolbar, or press F3.
After that, occurs File viewer window with Tree-like interface
When you select items in the Tree, the toolbar shows available actions/buttons for selected item.
